Reorder Support

Need the same print run again? We keep repeat-job details on file so we can move faster on artwork, screens and production checks. From Umbilo, Durban, we support schools, clubs and businesses across KZN with courier delivery nationwide.

Reorder Support

How to place a reorder without starting from scratch

When you need another run of the same item, send us the old job details through the enquiry form on our contact page and mention that it is a reorder. If you do not have the original reference, give us the product type, print size, colours, and the date of the last order if possible. That helps us find the right artwork and production notes quicker.

For many repeat jobs we can work from saved artwork references, screen notes and past print settings. That saves time on artwork checking and colour separation, and it also reduces the chance of small changes slipping in by mistake. If the item is for a school, club or company in Durban, Pinetown, Westville or Pietermaritzburg, include the delivery area so we can plan turnaround properly.

  • Product type: T-shirt, cap, banner or signage
  • Print size and colour count
  • Previous order date or job reference
  • Any changes to names, sizes or artwork
  • Delivery area or collection plan

What we keep on file for repeat jobs

Our production team keeps the practical details that help with repeat work, including artwork references, screen making notes, film output records and test printing results. Yusuf Khan in screen making and Priya Naidoo in artwork coordination use these details to make sure the next run matches the last one as closely as possible. That is especially useful when a school wants the same club shirt every term, or a business needs the same banner for a new branch opening.

We also keep notes on screen stretching, emulsion coating, screen exposure, washout and touch-up, plus screen storage where relevant. If a screen is still in good condition, we can often move straight into registration and test printing instead of rebuilding everything. If the screen needs reclaiming, we will tell you straight away so there are no surprises on timing or cost.

  • Artwork references and saved files
  • Screen history and storage notes
  • Previous ink colour and print order
  • Test print results and registration settings
  • Any special instructions from the last run

Steps we follow before production starts again

Every reorder gets a quick check before it goes into production. Anele Zungu in production looks at the old job details, checks the current stock position, and confirms whether any artwork changes have come through. If the original file needs cleaning up, we do vector redrawing or a fresh colour separation before we move ahead.

From there, we decide whether the job can use the same screen or whether a new one is needed. For rush repeat orders, this step matters because it shows us where the time is going. It also helps when load-shedding or courier delays might affect a deadline, especially for KZN schools and businesses working to a fixed event date.

  • Confirm the previous job reference
  • Check the artwork and product details
  • Review screen condition and storage status
  • Approve any updates before printing
  • Schedule production and dispatch

Reorders for schools, clubs and local businesses

Repeat orders often need the same look every time, whether it is sports shirts, staff caps, event banners or signage for a branch. We work with clients in Umbilo, Durban Central, Berea, Pinetown, Westville, Amanzimtoti, Ballito and Pietermaritzburg, and we know that many orders need to land before a match day, fundraiser or month-end opening.

For school and club orders, please send the size list if it has changed. For business reorders, let us know if the logo, contact number or branch name has changed. If you need multiple drop points, our dispatch team can organise courier delivery nationwide or local delivery across Durban and nearby areas. Coastal humidity can affect some stored items, so if your reorder has been sitting for a while, tell us and we will inspect the condition before printng.

  • School houses, sports teams and class events
  • Club kits, supporters shirts and tournament banners
  • Business uniforms, promos and point-of-sale signage
  • Trade event branding and branch launch material

When a reorder needs a few changes

Sometimes a reorder is not exact. You may need a new size run, a different colour, updated wording, or a changed layout for a new campaign. That is fine, but it helps if you mark the changes clearly in the enquiry form. Priya Naidoo checks revised artwork, while Nokuthula Dlamini handles the sales details so the quote reflects the real work needed.

If the change is small, we may be able to adjust the existing artwork and keep the same core setup. If the change affects the screen, we will explain what needs to be redone before we start. That way you know whether the job is a simple repeat or a modified repeat, which can affect both timing and price in Rand.

  • New names, numbers or branch details
  • Different print colours or logo placement
  • Extra sizes or fewer items than before
  • Updated delivery address or collection timing

How to speed up the next repeat order

The fastest reorders are the ones with complete details. Keep your previous invoice or job reference handy, and send the enquiry form as soon as you know the quantity. If you are ordering for a school event or a club fixture, give us the deadline upfront so we can plan the screen work and dispatch properly.

Our team is set up for practical turnaround from Umbilo, with Sibusiso Mthethwa overseeing the whole process and Lwazi Khumalo managing dispatch. Clear information at the start means less back-and-forth later, and it helps us keep repeat jobs moving even when the month is busy. For many clients, that is the difference between a last minute scramble and a smooth re-order.

  • Use the enquiry form and mention reorder support
  • Attach old artwork or a photo of the previous print
  • Confirm quantities, sizes and delivery area
  • Tell us if the job must be ready by a fixed date

Questions we get asked

What do I need to send for a reorder?

Send the product type, previous job reference if you have it, quantities, sizes, artwork changes and your delivery area. The more detail you give, the faster we can match the previous run.

Can you use the same screen from my last order?

If the screen is still in good condition and stored properly, we may be able to reuse it. We will check the screen history, then confirm whether we can go straight to printing or need reclaiming and a fresh setup.

Do you deliver repeat orders outside Durban?

Yes. We arrange courier delivery nationwide, and we also support local delivery across Durban, including Umbilo, Berea, Pinetown, Westville, Amanzimtoti, Ballito and Pietermaritzburg.
