Send your print enquiry through the form

The fastest way to reach us is by using the enquiry form on this page. Please include your name, organisation, what you need printed, the quantity, garment or material type, preferred sizes and your town or suburb so we can plan collection or delivery properly.

If you already have artwork, attach it with the correct file size and let us know if you need artwork checking, vector redrawing, colour separation or film output. If you do not have print-ready artwork yet, tell us what you have and we will advise on the next step.

What to include so we can quote accurately

Give as much detail as you can. That helps us price the job correctly and avoid delays, especially for school events, club kit and business signage that need tight turnaround times.

  • Quantity and item type, such as T-shirts, caps, banners or signage
  • Print positions and number of colours
  • Artwork files or a clear description of the design
  • Delivery area, collection preference or courier request
  • Deadline, event date or school term timing

Areas we serve from Umbilo, Durban

Our base is in Umbilo, Durban and we regularly handle orders for Durban Central, Berea, Pinetown, Westville, Amanzimtoti, Ballito and Pietermaritzburg. We also courier work nationwide for clients outside KZN.

Local deliveries are arranged according to route and production timing, while courier orders are packed carefully for transit. For coastal clients we can advise on print choices that cope better with humidity and regular wear.

Who handles your order

Your enquiry may be picked up by our sales and production team, then passed to the right person for artwork, screen making, printing or dispatch. That includes Sibusiso Mthethwa, Anele Zungu, Nokuthula Dlamini, Yusuf Khan, Priya Naidoo and Lwazi Khumalo.

Because we keep everything in house, we can move a job from quote to artwork checking, screen making and print run without unnecessary back-and-forth. That usually saves time when you need a quick turnaround, especially near month-end or before an event.

How quickly we reply

We aim to respond as quickly as possible during business hours, usually the same working day for clear enquiries. If your request comes in after hours or over a busy production period, we will reply on the next working day.

  • Simple reorders and small runs are usually answered first
  • Jobs needing artwork changes may take a little longer to assess
  • Large school, club or signage orders get a detailed follow-up

What happens after you enquire

Once we have your details, we check the artwork, confirm specifications and send back the next steps. If the job needs screen stretching, reclaiming, emulsion coating, exposure, test printing or storage, we will explain what is required before production starts.

For best results, send clear instructions and make sure your contact details are correct. A neat brief helps us quote faster and keep the process moving, especially when the order must fit a delivery deadline or municipal signage requirement.
